whats up everybody?
I have couple questions.
1. How can I know if I have a fast metabolism?
2. Where can I check my body fat if I'm not going to a gym?
3. Is it possible to develop a good body through compound exercises like chin ups, push ups, crunches, and squats? + running

Thanks,
Dmand

1: Are you fat? Do you eat like a pig? If your answers are 'no' and 'yes,' you may have a fast metabolism. Watch out, though. If you're under 25, your metabolism will slow down when you turn 25 or so.

2: In the mirror... or, you can get calipers and get a rough estimate of your bodyfat... there are some calculators online that will give you a really, really rough estimate using measurements from different body parts... Iunno any off hand, but check around on exrx.net

3: Yes.

1.) If you find it hard to put on weight despite actively trying to do so.
2.) Calipers, which are not too accurate, or estimation in the mirror.
3) Not really, you're going to need more barbell and dumbell work and more variation to get a good physique.
