Serious question...Are the two related? If one person takes 3 sh1ts a day, and another only one, is it right to assume the first has a higher metabolism. Want to know if this is myth or truth...

Hm, very good question. Right, I was born as a premature twin, and I've always been a bit weedy. I'm naturally quite thin (although I did have that bit of mid-teen podge that a lot of people get) and weedy, and when I only eat at maintenance calories, I'll only sh1t 1-2 times per week, no joke.

HOWEVER, now that I'm eating to gain mass, I sh1t a lot more regularly, more like 3-4 times per week or more.

Do I have a fast metabolism? To this day, I still don't know. However, what I do know is, I'm able to both gain and lose mass quite easily upon demand. :)

I'm not sure what the general rule is, or even if there is one..

I sh!t like every day, 1-2 times per week seems unhealthy to me.

It's about diet mostly. People who eat daily (which should be everyone) should hit the can for at least one good crap a day. Now having a good digestive system does help one metabolize food but it's speed is based on the body's need to assimilate the food. Of course this is based on the amount of activity a person is doing.

Me and my toilet are on first name basis.

at least two-four times a day im crapping and at least 8-12 times im putting out the fire

I am a two times a day kind of guy after breakfast and one in the evening and if I don't I feel like sh*t.... no pun intended.

From what I gather in the medical journals everyone is different some can go for days without a movement and that can be normal for them but lets say your a daily person like me and all of a sudden I don't have a movement for a couple days then it can either be concipation or something more serious but that will be up to the doctor but normally it's just a bout of concipation and needing to add more fiber to move things along a bit faster.

Don't take bowel problems lightly at any age if your regular and you start having wierd movements or none have the doc check it out it just might save your life or stop something further from hurting your system I knew a young lady who developed a twisted colon and almost died and she was only 24.

Two, sometimes 3-4 times a day. Usually once when I get up, and once in the evening. I don't even want to think about how much i'm "putting out the fire". One of my coworkers used to crack at me that "You must have the healthiest urethra in this company" of course my standard response was, your wife loves it.
