I was browsing videos online, and I stumbled across an awesome workout video, and I signed up for the site by just giving my email address of a junk email, and I was impressed by all the info on the site!!

Do you think the stuff on the website is legit? The workouts and stuff? Great routines! But still, do you think this would really bring results as great as shown?

They have a 12 week workout program, and they talk about hwo to get your body to lose 8 lbs of weight in just 8 weeks.. Seems reasonable, right? But the pictures of his before and after.. They seem too incredible to be true!! Am I wrong to think that?

I know this thread is really old, but I figured I'd post if someone searches the same thing on google. I've been doing this program for 6 weeks now and have lost about 13 lbs. Went from a size 36 inch waist to a 32 and my arms are huge (I basically started with nothing). When I first started, my goal was to get rid of my weight around my abdominal and thigh area and it's doing just that. I don't follow his diet to a T though, only because I still go out with friends. BUT, I do follow it at least 5 days out of the week. So who knows, I probably could have lost more weight by now. The high intensive interval training right after the resistance training is what really seems to do it. I do the 5 minute warmup and for each block, I do 1 minute of a variation of ski jumps, then 2 minutes consisting of jump rope, high knees, and jumping jacks. But yeah, read his plan very carefully and you will succeed :)

A video of the HIIT exercises can be found here:

and the ski jumps I do, it's more like running in place bringing your knees up to waist level but still waving your arms as fast as you're moving your legs.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
