Where does the stimulation or cause of horniness mostly come from? The brain, penis, or other sex parts?

On a biological level, an increasing amount of research is demonstrating that a man's sex drive (and sexual attractiveness to women) is closely linked with hormones such as testosterone. A man can boost his testosterone naturally through reducing (or eliminating) smoking, alcohol, certain drugs such as most anti-depressants, emotional stress, and simple carbohydrates such as white sugar. He should also avoid exposing his testicles to too much heat such as from a hot tub. Conversely, eating a diet of 70% fruits and vegetables and 25% to 30% protein boosts a man's testosterone, as does drinking more water, lifting weights, sunbathing, and meditation.

As for the parts, testosterone is produced in men by the testes primarily and the adrenal glands secondarily. Adrenal glands are located above the kidneys in your abdomen.

I will vouch for that!

Dropping simple carbs, such as white bread, pasta, white rice, had an almost immediate and insane effect on me. These are supposed to hinder alertness too. Basically, when eating stodgy food such as the above, extra blood is needed to aid the digestion process and is not being used to aid arousal (or brain function).

Smoking has the same effect as does anything that hinders blood circulation. On the other hand, anything that gets the blood circulating such as exercise helps increase arousal.

Generally speaking, increasing your health will increase your sex drive...and your energy levels and ability to perform. :)

big bump on weight lifting...its been a week since i last lifted and i'm no where near as horny as i use to be while working out 3x a week

Sunbathing, thats a new one, better get on the sunbeds.

Smoking definately has a negative effect, weight lifting will have a negative effect also if you over train and don't rest enough

you see, my sexual desire is pretty low right now, and I haven't even masturbate for 4 days already. Sometimes, I go on porn site to try to spark up my sex desire, but not as high as before. I am 20 years old, is this a rare case? Has anyone suffered this same situation before, and how long did it take for you to overcome low sex drive?

We'd need to know a lot more about your situation. Do any of the following factors apply: stress, bad diet, radical changes in lifestyle, lack of exercise?

Its probably cos your trying so hard, thinking about it all the time, its no good. Just forget about it and let it come naturally when you see a fit piece of ass walking down the street, too much porn will desensitize you to the average girl

My husband uses Extagen in these days. Very effective.
