She's in town and called me so we could meetup tonite at a club... I've been real depressed lately that I even have a hard time communicating....Sometimes I just stutter or just dont make sense.. I haven't gotten some in the longest and I'm a handsome guy... my self esteem is just **** right now...

By "in town" do you mean that she's just visiting and you will have little ongoing contact with her if any?
