Similiar to our NoFap challenge, meditation November challenge will be to practice meditation daily to help it become a habit. I used to be disciplined with meditation 5~25 minutes a day for a while until I let life get busy and it fell out of habit. I can remember feeling more chill and relaxed. I didn't let every little small thing bother me. I was less reactionary. In other words, I thought more clearly with consideration before I gave my answer.
There are numerous benefits to meditation that I won't get in to great deal as I have in previous threads. Here's a few URLs that you can do your own research:

I'll begin November 1st and report back in this thread time to time. I'm going to start with 5 mins. in the first week, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes daily by week 4. Anyone else game and need some accountability? This is your meditation thread for November.
You can follow simple breathing techniques to begin meditation or you can find a few meditation apps on your smart phone app store like Headspace, Calm, Breathe2Relax, Meditation, and Pacifica.
