I was wondering if any of you guys know any good DJs or players that are in medical school or are doctors? I plan on going to medical school in the future, but it seems that if i take this path, it would drain my time, energy and desire in laying as many HBs as possible. You are poor as hell, so you can't really go on many vacations or dates, you spend all your days and nights studying, and you fail to create any exciting hobbies such as having a band or just plain being a badass doing something else. It just seems like being an alpha and becoming a doctor would never fit together. Can someone please prove me wrong and tell me i'm an idiot?

You're 18. Come back in 3-4 years when you've finished your undergrad and ask again... why worry about something that isn't going to happen for half a decade.

Hey don't sweat. Ever heard of the doctors and nurses phenomonem. As a doctor you will be able to pick up endless hot nurses who look up to you because you are a doctor. There is a lot of truth in this. My dad was a doctor and my mum was a nurse and that was how they met.

Sure you won't have so much time for DJing but you will meet girls on your course and you do get some time off study. If anything because you are more focused you will be more attractive to girls.

Plus when you graduate you will be making lots of money and that never fails to attract women.

I worked as a Network tech for a large hospital for four years. I've seen alot of people drooling over the doctors. If your a young single doctor, your in. Some may be gold diggers, but many nurses make good money too. They are more interested in docs because they are smart hard working success stories. Even the residents, making 30k get lots of play. And with all their loans and what not they are POOR. I remember setting up VPN access for alot of these guys. They would all use dialup because they couldn't afford broadband. But they had plenty of girls.

But as stated, get your undergrad degree. This may entirely be a moot point. Work hard as if you had every intention of med school. You may get out in the real world for a few years, be done playing around, and go back to med school at 30 or 40. You'll still want your grades to reflect you can do the work. An old friend of mine from the hospital was a carpenter for years. Went to med school just before he turned 40.

Good Luck
