Hi im trying to achieve this:
145.6g protein, 224.g carbs, 56g fat
Using DIESEL's guide. So thats all very well, but I haven't got time to go around the supermarket looking at every single label to find out whats suitable to eat. Know of any nutrition calculator or something like that? I tried google and the results were rather disappointing.
