I saw this profile of a woman, and in her intro paragraph, she did site some online
dating woes that men had...as it seems she's heard from men their experiences.
Usually these women are looking for a place to live (rent free of course) or someone to pay their bills.
Basic amenities and not necessarily a gold digger.
Anyway, I've experienced this as well. At FIRST I think they are over sees scammers or something, but they actually or not.
This woman on POF, pretty hot...told me she was looking to help someone pay her bills. Now...she gave me her phone # via POF and not some random @gmail where they can get a hold of YOUR email and spam ya to death.
I didn't call the #, but later on , she sent me an email saying, "Well, aren't you going to call me?!"
And it was a recognizable Area Code. I let it go of course.
And another woman, apparently when she moved to my state, she kind of got jilted on her lease and couldn't move into her apartment was looking for someone who was wanting a roommate.
I was like, "Well, I dunno....kind of strange to be using a DATING site to find a roomate...male specifically, yes? Perhaps if you can help cook and clean the place in a French maid outfit, something could be arranged. ;-)"
I said that last part to see what kind of reaction I would get. lol But in a sense, I think that example was to demonstrate a point of conflict of interest there. I mean...why would a woman, you wanted to get a first date with..want to live with the very same man immediately? It was my way of calling her bluff or calling her on it.
After that, I think she blocked me. lol But her profile disappeared shortly after. But I have heard of arrangements like this where the guy gets sex and companionship in exchange for a roof over her head as oppose him spending money on her.
Anyone else experience this>?
