How do you plan out what you are going to eat for a particular time period? Do you make a list of what you are going to eat or do you just kind of get a bunch of beneficial things and wing it every day? Trying to find enough varied food that I can eat a enough consistently without it getting repetitive is quite difficult. How did you do it?
