Thanks

I needed to know that:) (no I am not lying or being cynical because I was wondering about this awhile back but it don't matter because I don't like fast food anymore and I enjoy cooking my own food)

Health and Fitnessed.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

I used to work there, I think the healthiest burger is McChicken without sauce.

But of course that tastes kind of plain.

This Times For Real, eating burgers is fine, its how the meal is structured at McDonalds that causes a huge spike in insulin and caloric intake.

A typical meal...

Medium Coke 210 calories, 53 gr. sugar

Big Mac 600 calories, 5 gr. sugar

Large French Fry 540 calories, 68 carbs

(although not sugar, the starch in french fries is metabolized faster than sugar, its like eating 68 grams of sugar, only worse.)

Thats a MODEST meal at McDonalds, and i'd be willing to bet some people do far worse.

In total, 1360 total calories, which is more than half of your total caloric intake. 126 grams of carbs that are instantly shot into your bloodstream which causes a sharp rise in insulin. Your cells can't use this energy fast enough and it stores it as fat.

On top of that, the fat is bad saturated animal fat that has no health benefits.

Do yourself a favor and skip McDonalds completely, its awful, awful food.

Do yall think eating a meal at Mc Donald's or burger king is way worse than eating a big salami pizza for example? just wondering...

Pizza can be fairly alright, if you do it right.

I would certainly imagine that it's healthier to eat a decent pizza from a fast food place like pizza hut than to get a meal from mcdonalds. You've got an alright amount of complex carbs in the base, vege's ontop, cheese which has been cooked so you can sorta squeeze some of the fat out [yes, I'm that obsessed] etc. A good amount of protein from a pizza with a cheese and salami topping :)

It;s all relative though, so if you had a huge pizza it might balance out a bit.

McD's food is horrible

plus the horror stories that came from those places are just unbearable.

This post has reminded me of that law suit that the fat guy sued McD.'s because he got fat

I donated to DietFacts. :)

Here's an idea. Go to www.fitday.com and download FitDay PC. Use it regularly. Combine with an exercise program.

See if you don't look, feel, and carry yourself better within 2 months. Girls can tell.
