Is anyone on or tried Max-OT training? A lot of the stuff in there is stuff I already incorporate into my workout. But I'm taking a week off to vacation with my girlfriend and plan to go on it regliously and see how it goes. I've read through most of it and it seems like some pretty sound information and advice.
