Is this way too much? I mean sometimes I go for once a day, other times I go twice. Do I need serious help and is this normal? But mostly, I hope masturbate won't make in lose weight because I am working really really hard to gain weight now.

Depends on your age... it's typical for younger teens, tweens even. However, that energy could definitely be used for higher purposes, at least if you have any outside of the pursuit of the pink taco.

Second, I don't know where you got the weight myth from, wherever you did, go back to that person and slap the **** out of him.

Exercise and Masturbation is a big no no!! Take it from me when I was bulking last year using Anthony Ellis' program masturbation would zap the life-force, the energy out of me. Man.. I'll just quickly say I've gone cold turkey this whole week since last weekend and I've seen my self-esteem and energy sky rocket. When I was a swimmer a while back our dictatorial coach advised us not to for weeks before important competitions.

Now this guy from my club went on to Olympics selections and made it with a National Record. Guess what he had done in the bathroom a mere 20 min. prior to his race? Never thought of jerkin off as an act of rebellion before but I guess the guy had a point there : D

Bottom line is: it doesn't make any f**king difference at all, just do it when you want it 'll only help you develop your libido and creativity.

How would you measure "energy" through scientific studies? I mean scientific studies have shown that each time you ejaculate you lose approx. 5 grams of zinc and some acetylcholine is depleted and **** like that. Gimme a break.
