[mass diet] Cup of milk daily on each meal to fill protein requirements

I dont know much about diet but meat is expensive.

On other side I wont eat eggs 5 times a day so I was thinking if a cup of milk on each meal would be good? or its a NO

for example bread with cheese and ham might not have enough protein. so would including milk get the job done?

I drink 8-10 cups a day and that's cutting back. I could drink a gallon a day and did in the past. It's best to eat as varied protein source as possible, because each contains varied levels of Amino acids and break down at different rates. Not sure where you are from, but whole chickens and pork is pretty cheap in the states. I can't stand eating it, but Jack mackerel is loaded with protein and good fatty acids and cheap here.

Just make sure you drink "clean" milk, free from hormones and antibiotics.

Always buy from a trusted producer.

do you eat immediately after training when planning to gain mass?
When Im free to plan my life (which is a goal much more important than women to me) I usually get a shake right after the shower.

I basically take the 15 min post workout to shower and let the body return to normality, then I drink a water shake with 50g dextrose and 40g of whey.

I ate so much before training that I was full after training was done. so I cant have a big meal after it
