This young man served his country and put himself in harms way (while the rest of us live comfortably in our living rooms) by serving in Iraq and look what he gets. Based on the article, if this was a premeditated murder then he is guilty of his crime. However, we cannot determine what was his mental state at time during his tour.

unfortunately this type of mentality consists a lot in the US Forces. From my friend who is a former marine he has told my countless stories about this negativity. Well, sorry that is the way I kind of feel. Islam is EVIL, has caused nothing but trouble since the 6th century and is the cause of just about EVERY conflict going on in the world today. Look what is going on in the Sudan, Phillipines, Nigeria, Chechnya and all of the other places.

If some of these MUSLIM countries had the capacity to blow up the US or Israel with a nuclear bomb, they would do it without thinking twice.
