I like to consider myself in shape, and i like new challenges in my life. A friend of mine and myself want to run a marathon next year(1 year to train for it).
I was just wondering how i can make sure i dont turn into one of those skinny marathon runners.(Basically improve my run without losing muscle mass). Is it just cardio and weigh lifting?
