Interesting one...

http://crimefeed.com/2015/01/sarah-...um=social&utm_campaign=InvestigationDiscovery

I think it's funny how women will be up in arms if a man keeps a porn collection of other people having sex, but making one featuring him and his wife? You'd think she'd be flattered. Guess not.

Also, I believe there's more to this story. Perhaps she was denying him sex or kinky sex. Why would he have to do this while she's sleeping? Also, is rape even possible when you're married? You know who's fvcking you, and you've legally bonded yourself to fvck one person exclusively.

The comments are interesting to go through.

"He pleaded guilty to 26 counts of rape and assault and was sentenced to 12 years in prison."

You bet rape is possible when you are married, at least legally. At least in this screwed up legal system.

I'm skeptical that this guy could have done this to her that often without her waking up. I bet most of us have been sleeping and had a chick start to mess with us - I'm sure I was always aware of it. It's a seduction move. And does that mean that we can charge her with rape? What a bunch of garbage.

Not to mention this publicity hound b!tch doing this to her husband, sending him off to prison for 12 years. Look at the picture of her - what a frigging cvnt.

It's questions like this that prevent the manosphere from being taken seriously.

Rape is non consensual sex.

If your wife refuses you sex and you force yourself on her despite her verbal and physical attempt to stop you do you not see this as rape?

And by force I'm not talking about a bit of persistence, which essentially allows for implied consent if she "gives in".

More a scenario where you pin her down to the floor and have sex with her despite screams of protest.
This is true.

However, you should be able to divorce your wife and not pay her a cent if she is unreasonably refusing sex. If your wife isnt giving you sex, what good is she?

I think all men think of rape as violent, forcible entry despite screams of protest.

But the law doesn't see it that way. I'm not sure if the statutes differ for married couples, but a year or two back there were stories plastered all over the manosphere about dudes getting charged with rape essentially because the female never gave an explicit "yes". Maybe Dasein will chime in on this one.

I don't have other than a layman's experience or opinion on this. Not familiar enough with the new Cali law to comment on it. I do know that the Complex rape culture hysteria together with feminist lies about the incidence of false rape accusations has led to an environment where a woman's word is often presumed true to unjust results. My whole adult life have been getting middle of the night half asleep sex but never when she was just lying there asleep. Basically, guys, CYA and common sense. Build some kind of evidence of willing participation with new women. If your state allows one party consent recordings, small recorders are cheap and easy, much better than using your phone. Have early sex in a bed if possible, better if she or you take time to freshen up in the bathroom beforehand. Great if she puts on sexy lingerie. ONS are risky as hell.

None of that is a perfect prevention of false rape accusations today, given the manipulated public objectivity on this issue, feminist lies and crap TV like Law & Order SVU, but every little bit helps.

Here's a link to a VERY useful guide to recording, go to the "download pdf" link. Everyone should be basically familiar with this today for a whole host of applications, sex, cops, business:

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Dear Des,
This is ludicrous...She never knew what was happening over hundreds of times?that seems very hard to believe...The prosecution had no evidence aside from the tapes...The severity of the sentance compares with that given for the most wicked crimes...While the Ethnics responsible for the rape and brutalising of 1300 Underage Girls in Rotherham go unpunished, this is Political correctness gone crazy!

Okay, I missed out on the subject of things like violence. If the husband is tying her to the bed or beating the 5hit out of her in order to get laid, that's wrong.

But this story??? There's something not quite right about it. Was he doing this because she was denying him sex? Was he doing it because she wouldn't let him use objects on her while she was awake? Was he doing it because she wouldn't let him videotape them having sex? Or was he doing all this because he has a fetish for fvcking an unconscious woman?

If you don't like the type of sex your partner wants to have, then you should not be with them. A divorce can solve this.

The woman was apparently sleeping. From what I understand, he didn't whack her head in with a stick to make her unconscious for sexual pleasure. This 5hit could have been dealt with in other ways instead of throwing the man in prison for having non-violent sex with his own wife.
