Serious question here. In the last year or so I have lost some weight and I am still now a really skinny guy but a lot skinnier then I was before. Only problem is that I sorta have man boobs.. Im not talking DD or anything but just a little meat up there. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of this problem? Now Im sure I will get a lot of responses to tell me to work out my chest, which I do (not every day though), but does that not just build muscle tissue under the fat tissue, making them bigger? Any advice would be great
