ok i consider myself decently well in shape. every part of my body is not looking to fat except my breast area. every time i look at them im disgusted why am i cursed with these knockers? any major tips on how to cut down your nipple, breast size or to make it appear muscley. i bench press 170 3 sets currently. i jog every day for 30 minutes - hour or sometimes even more. i walk alot. help plz
