um im 5 11 145 pounds alright i dont understand what do i have to do in order to get my nice six pac i searched but i keep getting confused with all the different advice every one is posting and dont know which to follow i know i have to lower my bodyfat in order for them to be seen in order to lower i need to do cardio. how much bodyfat can i lose per week? what do i have to eat in order to to maintain the six pac and help get it? what would be a good diet not for cutting or bulking. im not sure if im makin sense but o wells. and how long would it take to get the abs to show?
