I was reading the shaving tips section on the main page, and noticed a lot of people raved about the mach 3 razor saying it was the best shave they ever have gotten. I own one and i think its terrible, when i try shaving with the grain it does absolutely nothing, hardly gets anything. My disposable shick ones do a ton better. Are Mach 3s only intended to be used against the grain, casue im definately not going to do that.

Btw anyone know how to get rid of a 5 oclock shadow

I found it to be a great shave.

I find it makes me look damn rugged and manly

5 oclock shadow looks so bad on me, makes me look like my face is dirty, when my face is clean it looks 100 X better almost like a model, ****ing this 5 oclock shadow is so damn annoying, never goes away even after a good shave

I use a shick 4 blade. I like it. I go with the grain once over then against it to get closer. I can tolerate going a day without shaving like that. Try one of those 5 bladed ones, the fusion.

I have the fusion. Thing is a monster. Took me a few goes to like it though. Was thinking of switching back to the mach3, but now its the sh!t.

I never go against the grain though. Get mad razor burn.
Think I'm gonna start a new thread bout that... see what tips any1's got.

P.S. 5 O'clock shadow is pimpin. Rock it'

You could shave less. lol

Sort of defeats the purpose. But if you got on a lengtheir shaving cycle for a few weeks. Your facial hair wouldn't grow back as fast.

I'm a pretty hairy fvcker. So I try to draw my next shave out to say 5-6 days. If I don't have sh!t important, I'll go until I do.

Just another idea for you, if the 5 O'clock's driving you nutz.

Well, if you're shaving with the grain, your shadow will show up much quicker.

But 5 o'clock shadows are cool.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
