Lying about age

How many people here lie about age to get younger chicks, especially off the internet. I notice that 35 seems to be a major cutoff age, and I am about to turn that. I have entertained the thought about making myself "younger" by a year or two when I meet women(online or off). I have been told that it is pretty standard for people to do that on sites like Match(true or not, I dunno). I look a little younger so I can get away with it. Only problem is I am aslo looking for something long term, and if I lie to get laid and end up wanting to keep her, she will find out sooner or later and probably be pissed. Anyone ever done this or thought about it?

if you lie about this; you'll be able to lie about anything, right ?

it is one major drawback of online-dating; there are so many profiles, so you tend to limit yourself stead of broadening horizonts

well when your 35, 18-21 year old's should be a big no-no because of their immaturity surely!!,

anyone i know above 23 would consider dating and having an LTR with anyone over 35, as i've once said, my uncle who is 43 has a wife the same age as me (26),

fair enough, the girl might be a bit rough, but it shows it can happen,

I stuggled with this one myself beause I LOVE the little girls (18-22)

Bottom line after David Ds Advanced series and the Master's program is that it's all attitude. Sort of like: I'm 33 and I like young girls and I can make them feel so good they'd be nuts not to want me. If they think I'm too old their immaturity is preventing them from having the best sex they'll ever have with an awesome guy. If they are't intersested it's THEIR loss not yours. You shouldn't be lying to get them to accept you. Who's the catch you or them?

If you hide your age you are being incongruent and insecure. That will kill you. And if she finds out you will look weak.

I've been married for 9 years, but I have single buddies the same age as me getting after it with mid 20s girls. Not one I know lies about his age. I think it really comes down to how old you look though. I have friends that never take care of themselves, smoke a lot, or only occasionally hit the gym and at 33 look older than myself.

Take care of yourself well enough and you can turn age to a disticnt advantage.

Usually the younger ones that will date older men are more mature than their counterparts that won't. I wouldn't worry about it because there are plenty of young women that will date older men.

When i was 26 I got involved w/ a chick that was 19. Weird situation. Anyway it was a fvcking nightmare. Only for a breif time though b/c I ended it.

The point: Girls in their teens and early twenties are stupid. They haven't EVER dealt w/ a real man yet so they have never been burned. Never heard NO. Never been put in their place. Girls that young are only good for puzzy. They are too stupid to deal w/ all the other aspects life puts on you not to mention piling a fvcking r'ship on top.

I don't think I'd lie if you are looking for a LTR.

Not alway, not necessarily....
I personally would like to "take off" a couple of year, since looking at my pics no one can guess correctly how old I am: all people say 22-28 instead of 30. It appear as if I am lying about my age when I say the truth.

But still it is the worst thing we can do: if she discover her guys lied her about her age, it will be the begining of the end.

The real question is not whether you should lie but rather it should be, 'how can I improve my physical appearance to the point where age is no longer an issue.'

There are clear, tell tale signs of aging: weight gain, wrinkles, and sagging body parts (ignorance of current fashion trends and pop culture are also dead giveaways if combined with the other physical signs). Improving your appearance, and mitigating the signs of aging will require a lot of work on your part, but it has payoffs far beyond the dating game. Eat better (try organic) and cut out the junk food. Wear a sun lotion with a high SPF. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes and prevent yourself from scowling. Work out and sculpt your body so things don't sag.

I've never been asked about my age by my targets, or been told or even had a young female imply I shouldn't hit on them because I appear to be too old or because they think they're too young for me, and I'm well into my thirties.

In summary, take care of your body so that she will either not ask about your age if you approach in person, or so that whatever age you 'provide' on the internet will go unquestioned because you look so damm good after you two meet! Check out the health and fitness section on this board, or better yet, speak to a doctor, dietitian and join a gym.
