Whether you have been jackin' yourself silly, or eating too much fat, lack of testosterone decreases confidence, reduces your mental abilities, makes you feel like less of a man, depressed, etc. I have found a solution:
CAFFEINE
If I drink more caffeine than my usual intake, I feel even hornier than usual (not necessarily good)...but it feels like a testosterone rush, with confidence and looseness, as well as mental abilities being back. Use sparingly, though, and try not to have caffeine that often.
Long term, eat meat, EXERCISE, and possibly take that herbal supplement.
