Whether you have been jackin' yourself silly, or eating too much fat, lack of testosterone decreases confidence, reduces your mental abilities, makes you feel like less of a man, depressed, etc. I have found a solution:

CAFFEINE

If I drink more caffeine than my usual intake, I feel even hornier than usual (not necessarily good)...but it feels like a testosterone rush, with confidence and looseness, as well as mental abilities being back. Use sparingly, though, and try not to have caffeine that often.

Long term, eat meat, EXERCISE, and possibly take that herbal supplement.

yea, dont use caffiene to increase test levels. Also, eating MORE fat INCREASES testosterone. i would just say lift weights, the heavier the weight the better

Maybe you could back that up with a thing called a STUDY! I've posted studies in past threads on this subject that there is no change.

Lifting weights lowers your testosterone. What the hell do you think your body uses when you're lifting those weights? Pick up an anatomy book.

Ofcourse, but it drops and it's down until you go back to sleep. Most people around here would have you believe that your best time to get women is after you workout, which is when your testosterone is the lowest.

After the gym is great for picking-up because you feel GOOD!

The idiots on this board like to throw around terms like testosterone, to make their bullsh*t philosophies sound more alpha. You don't need testosterone.

A 2001 study[2] examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence followed by masturbation-induced orgasm. It found that abstinence over such periods "does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males."

A 2003 study[3] showed that serum testosterone levels reach a peak seven days after abstaining from ejaculation.

I want to start working out to build muscle mass.
Some of my friends say masturbation will increase testosterone, but others say it will decrease testosterone. What effect will masturbation have?

Masturbation is very unlikely to decrease testosterone levels. Semen is not the source of testosterone, and ejaculation will not cause testosterone levels to go down.

All other things being equal, increased sexual activity -- including masturbation -- tends to increase testosterone levels. But these levels depend upon many factors including age, time of day, overall level of physical activity, and general health. Psychological factors can cause changes in testosterone levels: levels go up in men who believe they are going to become more sexually active, levels can be affected by whether a person knows in advance that he will be test for testosterone, and so forth.

In your case, the increase in physical activity accompanying your workouts will probably have a much greater effect on your testosterone levels. If you are a young male AND working out, your testosterone level is likely to be so high that any difference masturbation (or other sexual activity) might make will be insignificant.
