lovehandles?

I looked up lovehandles on this website and I didn't get anything useful.

I just want to know how to rid of them.

I am starting to run 3 miles a day because I heard that you have to burn them off. Will this work? Any suggestions?

First it depends on how fat you are, go get your bodyfat tested, but I used Yohimbe Fuel from twinlab, did ab work 4 times a week, did cardio about an average of 1.5 times per week, lifted like I was still bulking and cut my calories (especially my carbs) down oh and drank water and used Methoxy 7 from Biotest. www.testosterone.net.

Anyway, did this for 8 weeks, was a little incosistent for a couple of weeks but stuck with it overall, went from 210 to 188, and to 11% bodyfat, this should get rid of your lovehandles and get you ripped, but YOU gotta put in the work, you can't run, then order a pizza and drink some minute maid orange and think it's gonna work, drink diet coke and have a turkey sandwich instead. Seriously, who would have thought that there's a soda that actually has 0 calories, I never knew this until one of my g/f's pointed this out to me. I thoght her ass was lying but she wasn't

love handles are from your estrogen fatty deposit sties typa ****...anyhow i stated in another topic here, if they're not HUGE, you can get some yohimburn from yohimburn.com, or you can make your own you just gota buy the ingrediants listed on the site, mix it up and use it...works pretty good on problem areas, peace

Actually I should have said 30 minutes, since it takes me 30 minutes to run 3 miles. I just want to look fit, not neccessarily to bulk up. But I would like to be toned. Thank you everyone for the help!

HIIT and heavy weightlifting are how to REALLY get "fit" and "toned" - not using pink little dumbbells and running long distance. Running long distance is catabolic, which gets your muscle tone nowhere, and makes you less "fit" cuz it weakens your muscles. More muscle, less fat.

Fit and toned are fine words. Diesel's heavily against the use because they are words of vanity lifters. In England, however, "fit" also means "cool." "Toned" is more musical than muscular... I don't like "toned" either.

leoncour, you want to condition your body and burn fat not bulk or tone.
