First it depends on how fat you are, go get your bodyfat tested, but I used Yohimbe Fuel from twinlab, did ab work 4 times a week, did cardio about an average of 1.5 times per week, lifted like I was still bulking and cut my calories (especially my carbs) down oh and drank water and used Methoxy 7 from Biotest.

Anyway, did this for 8 weeks, was a little incosistent for a couple of weeks but stuck with it overall, went from 210 to 188, and to 11% bodyfat, this should get rid of your lovehandles and get you ripped, but YOU gotta put in the work, you can't run, then order a pizza and drink some minute maid orange and think it's gonna work, drink diet coke and have a turkey sandwich instead. Seriously, who would have thought that there's a soda that actually has 0 calories, I never knew this until one of my g/f's pointed this out to me. I thoght her ass was lying but she wasn't
