Hey guys just wanted to give you a heads up at what happened over at t-nation. (nice site, good programs i guess)
Guy called Sterno posted a spreadsheet of lots of Chad Waterbury's workout's with links to his programs and stuff seriously good stuff (well i think at least...cause i'm newb lol)

anyway once you guys have a read through it could someone please help me choose a program? i've been using Chad's TBT as you probably know but it's slow and gains have been really modest.
so i want a program that i can just stick to for a long time preferably a split but as long as it works....
and i'm more for the visual side of things...like visual > strength for me personally but strength is also nice but i'm talking lean muscle that is functional...
anyway have fun and if you can help me out~
