Today I found this in my daily browsing and wanted to share it with you all. This article has alot of great info on muscles and their inner workings, like myofibrils and that kind of stuff.
Bumpity bump bump. I really think some of the muscle newbs can benefit from reading this, its not a focus on how to grow big, rather how the inside of the muscle itself works, so you know 'what your made of'.
I was tested on this stuff in my Biology exams this summer. It was the most interesting part of what we did. It's strange how everything is so complicated yet logical and how we take it for granted.
