Lost my job due to LGBT

This is a TRADE job.

Apparently, one of the co-workers whom I work with ratted on me and said that I find Lesbians 'unsettling' to the 'manager'. There was one lezbrained coworker who was giving me 'advice', more like nagging and shaming on how to get my wife pregnant. I made a comment to another co-worker about how I found lesbians opinionated and unsettling and that I was sort of uncomfortable around her.

Fast forward one week,

Lost my job. 0 tolerance policy is in effect for any comments about a persons sexual orientation even if it wasn't directed at her. Ugh. for this reason, China is still better than Canada, despite the pollution and bad food, I can still be a man and have a normal conversation without fear of losing my job. The last time I ever work directly with ANY woman... the person who ratted me out was a sex starved, 54 y/o male, Caucasian, white knight married to a fat *****... should never have said anything, stupid on me, thought I could at least trust a tradesman.

The management is an obese woman, the owner is controlled by her and the female office triad. She was fully aware of what happened as she was the one who broke the good news. There is no fight in this, the men of the company are complete white knights in every regard, I can't do anything.

My experience thus far has been that even Canada's tradesmen are full on white knight cucks now. I fear this country is fvcked beyond help. I have yet to meet a PUA or anyone possessing any men's related forum expertise out in the wild.

More proof right here that the best thing for us all is to treat women like sleeping zombies and make sure we don't wake them by minimizing our contact especially at work. I sure had my wakeup call earlier this week with a cvnt jepordizing my job that I know you read. I was lucky. I would agree with you, one would think a trade position wouldn't be as dangerous as an office. This sh|t is just sick and out of control.

Yep Ontario, beware. Here, as a man, I have no rights, I'd forgotten that. I suppose I should identify as a transgender woman to get any kind of fair trial. Anything written by the government only applies to the far left.

The only way I could even claim I'm a man with any sort of belief system would be if I converted to Islam... then my government would do their best to get me a house, a job and funding for any children I decided to have.

I'm not worried or anything, I got on with a new place today, I just thought it was a bum rap cause it was with a company working on equipment that I actually like. The owner is a Muslim, so I don't think we will be having any of those issues come up again. I'm sort of surprised at them actually, maybe they expected me to apologize and beg for my job back... luckily all the boomers are retiring and there are tons of vacancies opening up for trades people. I'd hate not to have a skillset right now and have to put up with sh1t like that with no other options available. People sort of expect trades guys to be lazy fvck ups ,I guess, so it won't hurt my rep at all. The job market must be an absolute nightmare for IT and office people though.

This is the reality of today's workforce. The trend is only going to continue. I can honestly see some workplaces working themselves into non-existence by requiring college diplomas or university degrees to get the job. Workplaces will eventually be forced to offer on-the-job training if they're going to remain in business. If they don't do this, their companies will die due to the lack of people to fill the jobs of the baby boomers.

That market is highly over-saturated. Everybody's still going with the idea that "computer are the future" and droves of people are getting into that line of work. Companies are very top-heavy due to the amount of Admin running the place. Some of those top-heavy companies are going to fall over because the Admin will ensure their pockets are lined, but the actual workers are trimmed down. Going cheap on the workers is like cutting legs off a table. The admin will eventually have nobody to make their money and the business will collapse.

We're going to see some interesting changes in the business world within the next few decades.

There is at least a little bit of a backlash to this movement in the military. I remember sitting through harassment briefings for 5 years at RMC and after the first couple times there became real resistance. Not only were they taking away our free time on our weekends, but some of the guys started piping in and asking direct challenging questions to the presenters etc. A lot of guys were outraged that none of the presenters or superior officers would acknowledge that women can rape men too.

Other than that though, I can confirm that the military is about as blue pill as you can get.

I'm currently in a technical school for Law Enforcement and we had to take a sexual harassment class because one of the girls there was sexually harassed.

My teacher and superior said that we should be ashamed because it makes our program look bad but honestly, I was more annoyed that we all got punished for a dude not knowing how to escalate.

The presentation was awful by the way. It was about an hour and a half long and it was being presented by a woman. Each slide was basically directed towards males and she even had us give our opinion on a situation that was 'necessary for physical contact' by moving around the room. I just sat there in the middle which was undecided.

She and everyone gave me a funny look but I honestly didn't, and still don't, have time for that bullshvt. I'm enrolled to be a cop not knowing when to slap a girls *ss, I have SS for that.

We have to verbally ask if it's okay to touch a girl in any way. Nothing changed ever since, I still use kino and flirt casually without any complaints. It's kind of like racism or sexism, nobody cares until it's brought up.

It is the only work environment a person like me can exist in. The guys joke around, stay crass things and jokes all the time, and nobody has a problem about it. Nobody has hurt feelings...
