lost confidence

ever since i broke it off with my ex i has lost confidence in everything. my looks, approaching and socializing with women, i mean everything.i wont even talk to attractive women. will i wake up one day and be there again? its been about a month since we broke. i had confidence before her so i dunno whats happened. im lost

i feel pretty lost, and nothing makes sense. like the only thing that would make you happy is seeing her smile as she walks into the room.

i dont have a problem talking to anyone or approaching women, but i do have that "room full of people, but still feel alone" feeling, and that one where you cant see any girl as worth it as your ex.


im definitely not through it, far from it actually. just try to improve yourself, that has helped me. not just improve with women, everything.

oh and keep a journal. it really helps the chaos in your mind if you put it on paper(or typed). kinda like sorting it all out.
