I've decided to start taking DIESEL's advice on the cutting post, at least, the gist of it: cut 200cals every week for eight weeks or so. I don't work out, though I swim and/or cycle most days.

Well, I'm now getting hungry. I feel kinda lethargic. That'd be fine I guess, but I have some pretty important exams to be studying for in a few weeks and I want to be able to focus.

Is it worth continuing to diet or should I let it wait till after I've done the exams you think?

Are you eating a proper diet?

If you just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables you shouldn't feellethargic at all

Definately wait. You get unconcentrated and tired. Not good when you have exams your future might depend on.

Oh just saw your age. Maybe not future dependant exams, but still...good grades never hurt.
