Hey guys I need some help and need your expertise.
I wanna lose some body fat because I wanna look better and get that ripped look.
Right now I have read and reread some of the vault's threads and got some tips on what to do, I work out Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday. I do deadlifts,squats,bench (Incline,Regular,Decline) chin ups , leg press, and cardio....if I have extra energy I will do other things , I usually do 10 mins of cardio before I start to work out just to warm up then I do 10 mins between each new workout so ....

I was wondering if there was anything else I can do that will shed off the pounds fast....I usually take Hydroxycut Hardcore daily and it doesnt seem to help or I cant see any difference so I need some help.
During the cardio I usually do HIIT where I do 1 minute of fast cycling then 1 minute of rest and so on.
I also take a shake of Myoplex lite before workout and a little cereal ( I work out morning from maybe 11-4) and afterwards I take 1 and a half scoop of MRI whey.
I am thinking of taking meal replacements from EAS just to drop fat faster then what I have been going...because I am just staying between 200-204.
