right now im on my first month on rippetoe and gains have been amazing, but i am fat (25% or something like it) i want to get to 18% , here i posted what my diet looks like, i have been looking for help on this site but cant find something that is adequate for me. so i need your help.
let me give you some things about me.
a year ago i started working out, but like every newbie i just wanted to peak my biceps etc, i used to work my arms 3 times per week and they would slowly develop, i gained some weight but a lot of it was fat.
a month and a half i was doing nothing so my body started shrinking so then i was on this forum and i found the rippetoe workout and i have been getting some good gains most of it on my legs, for me they are very easy to develop, while still getting some gains on other body parts.
rippetoe is the greatest workout for real, i have been lifting more every time and i added like 60 pounds on my atg squats in a 1 month period.
the reason im looking for help is because im fat 25% or some like it, and all my fat goes to my belly while im lean on other parts.
and im getting a HUGE belly, like if i was 3 months pregnant lol, so what i want is to loose some fat 18% would be awsome, while continue on rippetoe bulking.
right now im working 10+ hours a day (from 7 30 am to 6 pm) so i cant do cardio and train at the same time.
but on july im gonna quit and im gonna be on vacations until august when i go back to college and i want to impress girls and friends when i go back, so im gonna be able to do cardio everydays on a empty stomach if that what it takes.
Im gonna be posting some pictures on my profile.
im 20 yrs old. 5'7 . 168 lbs with 25% body fat or something like it
here is and example of that i eat everyday.
5 whole raw eggs with milk, natural honey, a banana, oatmeal. (this is my protein drink)
1 peanut butter sandwich with wheat bread
9 oz sirloin steak with a potato
1 apple
another 9 oz steak with beans
a hamburguer with wheat bread or something high on protein.
i cant drink protein powder because here in mexico is very expensive, and with that kind of money i can buy like 44 pounds of sirloin steaks.
stats before rippetoe
squat: 90
deadlift: 130
bench 90
NOW WITH RIPPETOE (just 3 and a half weeks)
squat: 155
deadlift: 205
bench: 130
this workout is awsome, the thing is my legs are getting damn big my ass looks like if i were j. lo
im serious about everything i said, i am willing to get what it takes, please guide me on this journey to transform my body.
