Sup guys, have a question. I have this loose skin/muscle under my arm. When i lift my arm, it looks like i have big tricep muscle,(good part) but when i wiggle my arm, it wiggles too(bad part)....its so embarrasing lol, but no one has seen it, also when i have my arms down my side... it looks like i got a sort of fatty arm, lol. So, if i keep working out, like my tricepts, biceps, etc. will real muscle replace that? THANKS!

If you just lost 100 lb of fat it's skin, but otherwise it's probably fat. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat the same way you can build muscle. If you lose fat, eventually you'll lose that arm fat with how soon depending on your genetics. Just be glad you're not like me - if you looked at my arms, chest, and legs you'd think I have ~8% BF, but in reality I'm closer to 13% because the last fat for me to lose is in my gut and sides :(

Fifteen years old with granny arms, that's rough. Luckily you're still young enough to tighten things up. Work your tricepts with exercises like dips; results are relitively fast, you don't need weights and they can be done almost anywhere.
