Am I the only one that looks totally different every day???? When I wake up feeling refreshed and good I get checked out by every girl imaginable......Then I get a bad night's sleep and I can't even get eye contact from the ugliest girls WTF.

Anyone know how to NATURALLY make the under eye area look healthy? Don't give me the Aloe crap, no solutions to the symptoms. How much sleep is ideal? Warm room or cold? Humidity? 8 hours, or more? What times to go to sleep?

I also found out that sleeping too much also leaves you looking like sh*t. Around 8 hours seems to be ideal for me, but not always hence I'm posting this. Any feedback is nice, hopefully I'm not the only one with this problem.

No you're not the only one. I look quite haggard and a little drawn when I don't get enough sleep. People even tell me outright that I look rough.

The only solution I've found is the obvious one: get into a good sleeping routine.

Drinking lots of water is good too, but I haven't found any creams or tricks that help. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has had luck with any other solution.

Pick up the book 'American Pshyco'. It's got some pretty neat grooming tips.

this might sound gay, but I got myself an 'Ice-mask'. I usually pop that on after a nights with heavy drinking and minimal sleep. It makes the swelling of my face go down and gets rid of those nasty wrinkles under my eyes.

Same here man.

Past couple nights though I've been sleeping well (8-9 hours) and have been feeling/looking great.
