age:18
weight: 123
height: 5'8
body fat: 6%
dad: 5'11, 150lb
mom: 5'3, 100lb
all my family are very skinny people, i could eat junkfood for months and not excercise and still see my abs...but then i am skinny as a twig. I ran long distance crosscountry (10km) from when i was 14 until 17. Now I want to bulk up, so i stopped all cardio.
because i live in the suburbs and it takes me one hour to bus to my school, and i go to the school gym because its free, I mostly excercise at home during my freetime. but since i dont have any weights at home, i was stuck doing push ups and crunches, its been 4 months and the gains werent as significant.
So i decided to save up some money and buy a bench, i looked around at the local sportmarts and malls and all the benches are either too expensive (200+) or looks like pieces of plastic. can someone give me some insight on buying a bench, and weights? also because my resources are limited, i can only dish out a hundred bucks or so.
any help appreciated.
