Master Don Juan
Well, I am back after a long layoff from here and working out as well.
Not to go into the details of why I'd like some advice on getting back into lifting as I stopped working out in June (personal issues).
Before this I did the Deadlifts, Bench, Squat, Military Press all the compound ones and was on the 5x5 rippletoe routine.
What do you suggest on reps, sets on getting back into a routine not so much the 5x5 but something I can build back up pretty fast and remember I am no spring chicken at 48.
Thanks for the info and hope everyone is doing OK.
