I have 2 roommates, 1 of which is a female platonic friend. The other guy should be moving out in 2 weeks.

I think I want another female to move in. Me and the girl already discussed this, and at first she agreed, she even agreed to getting (specifically) a submissive japanese girl, lol.

While in conversation with a friend of mine she turned it around and said that we wanted to get a 'submissive japanese guy', of course I told her no, I want a girl.

In 1-on-1 talks she told me that she would feel insecure/intimidated with another girl. I ask her why, and she says that since a girl is her "equal" she would be forced to make friends with he. Last night she told me that she prefers to live in a house with a bunch of men, and that's the entire reason she moved in with me.

TBH I want a live-in female who I can fvck, and that pays rent.

I want to raise the rent, and the platonic female friend says she will move out if that happens, but I don't really care, because she doesn't really have any pvssy to offer anyway.

I may as well kick her out as well if she doesn't want to pay a higher rent price and then just charge another random chick a ridiculous price.

As far as charging a higher rent, if it's a business decision, then do whatever you think is best for your profits. Although, if your current roommate is reliable, pays rent on time, and overall decent to live with, you might want to consider keeping her anyway. Good roommates can be hard to find, and whatever profit you're making could be offset by the annoyances of dealing with a bad roommate.

As far as f*cking a girl you live with AND have a business arrangement with - that's a nuclear disaster waiting to happen. Unless you're just dying to jump into the LTR zone of seeing each other all day, every day, I don't see the benefit of it.

Just living with someone you bang can be claustrophobic....adding money to the equation can only make it worse.

I lived with 3 girls for 3 years and then another 50 year old woman for 3 months. I left both situations.

don't do it and don't sh1t where you eat. The first situation was first 2 guys and 2 girls. One girl got a bf early so that was fine. The other girl had a crush on me but understood it was just platonic. When she got drunk at times she'd come out in a bathrobe and underwear........she was not attractive. My guy friend moved out and i agreed to have this really innocent girl move in. A year prior i hit on her and asked her out which she denied but she was smitten with me. She turned into a psycho crazy stalker who would write me emails, curse at me, apologize, cook for me, and buy the same toiletries as me. I never even kissed her and made it clear once she moved in it was strictly platonic.

The old spinster was weird and penny pinching/conniving. would always try to get more money out of you.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. Life is not a fairy tale and if you open up your eyes and think logically, doing stupid sh1t like this isn't worth it. Either keep it strictly platonic or live with other men.

F*cking a woman who has a contractual right to live in your place (via a rental agreement or the equivalent) is an awful idea. That's one of the few things worse than banging co-workers.

The only time I advise sleeping with a roommate is in college. And even then it makes things messy later. But at least your lease is usually semester to semester, or if its a year lease you usually go home to your parents during breaks.

Other than that its a bad idea. And I even advised a friend who moved into my old college house not to sleep with one of the roommates. He did anyways, and of course down the line things got weird and they dont talk much now.

Do you really want that tension at a place you cant easily move away from? And on top of that youre trying to rip people off with rent to make things benefit you? Come on now. Now imagine things go south with one of these girls, and then on top of that they possibly find out how the rent is divided up among everyone?

Can you say "big drama"???

I used to live with 5 chicks. Me and five chicks!

It was generally good times but I knew when to get out of there when I sensed drama. I did fool around with a couple of them and of course some of their friends too. I managed to make it work for a while but had to be very careful. Eventually I started banging one of them regularly and things got weird real quick.

Unless you want a live in girlfriend I would advise against this.

Gotta keep everything separate.
Work people is for your work.
Friends are there as just friends.
Roommates are just roommates (and if she is a reliable roommate, that's a pretty sweet roommate)
Family are there as family.
Girls that you **** are there for you to ****.

Don't ever mix these categories together!!
