Little things do matter, some self improvement tips

Hey dudes, I don't know if I'm just entering a massive zone of luck lately, since I'm doing waaaay better then before, there's even girls that always acted pissed at me if I even got near them, that now act all happy and friendly.

If you are anything like me, you enjoy eating a good snack, like a snickers, mars or something in between classes. Now I noticed if I saw a girl doing this, I felt unattracted to her, when else I would be attracted to her. So I changed that about a month ago to myself, now I eat fruit, and it has loads of benefits, first of all it gets you in better shape, it makes your breath smell like heaven, and I really think it has an effect on the girls when they see you're a healthy eating person.

Also I drink alot of water lately, it's sport related, so I didn't do it on purpose, but before I always drank a nasty coca cola during brakes, but those things ain't really the ****, so now I drink water, and apparently girls drink it a lot too, so once in a while someone (girl of course, if not just say NO :rolleyes: ) will come up to you and ask if they can have a sip :D

Also I work out alot more, again sport/tournament related, but seriously, I don't know if people notice it on the outside, but to me personally, it gives me a great psychological kick.

That's basically it, as I said it's only small things, but I'm really starting to think they are helping ;) Any comment or flames are welcome, as long as it's related to the topic.

I'm glad you shared, its a good idea to eat healthier. When I eat crap I feel like crap, but when I eat good I feel on top of the world. Like they say you are what you eat!
