Is Liquid Creatine better than Powder??? I heard liquid stuff is totally BS just flavored water??? Please any advice thanks fellow DJ"s!! What should I buy???

Powder. Ive taken both and the powder worked MUCH better.

It isn't that it's just water.... it's the fact that creatine isn't stable in liquid form and anyone who claims it to be is full of shyt.

The two leading brands of creatine supplements out there are V-12 and Cell-Tech. V12 is considered the most highly recommended in body-building circles, as it doesn't require a loading phase (where you take a bunch of creatine in the beginning to speed up the process). Creatine that stays in water for a long period of time turns to creatinine I believe which is the waste product of creatine, there were studies done on this numerous times on liquid creatine products and each one concluded that it contained .5% of the actual creatine stated on the bottles.
