Limiting beliefs exercise

I got this from one of David D's videos. I think this can really help guys in changing the way they think about themselves and reframe negatives into positives. First of all you pick your limiting belief, then you think of what causes this limiting belief, then you reframe it in an positive and honest way to change the way you think about it. Then finally you identify the internal state and reframe that. Heres an example, obviously this will be different for everyone.

Limiting belief: Im too short to attract women

What causes limiting belief: I believe women are not attracted to short men

Reframe: Think about a time in your life when you have seen a short guy with a smoking hot HB, think about short men you have met that exude confidence Higher Value and other alpha male qualities. Think about how these guys and many many others have not allowed this to prevent them from achieving what they want in life.

Internal state: nervousness, anxiety. Nervousness and anxiety can be reframed into excitement and anticipation.

This can work for any limiting belief a guy can have whether it be not tall enough, bald, doesnt have enough money, fear of failure etc. Hope this helps.
