Which heavy lifts also train your abs? I haven't been training my abs but I've been doing a lot of lifts. I know a guy who told me he did 100 situps every day for 2 years straight and he has great abs but there must be easier ways right?

Are you at a point where you can already see your abs and you just want them bigger, or is it that there is fat over your abs?

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

www.exrx.net has a great directory of exercises, listed by muscle and muscle group.

each exercise also lists target muscles, synergistic muscles, stabilizers and etc.

squats even use your stomach some, it's antagonistic to your spinal erectors

There are still massive amounts of people misinformed on Abs and six packs and so on.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. This means, you can do 10 million situps a day and still have no visible abdominals. Why's this? Because you burn fat all over your body at the same rate. Doing crunches will not maximize fat burn in your abdominals, contrary to popular believe. Sure, it will make them stronger, but people with big bellys are just wasting their time relying on ab exercises.

The answer is your diet and cardio. The #1 component of getting great abs is a good diet. You must cut down your Bodyfat. Once your bodyfat is around the % where you can actually see some of your abdominals, that is when you can start worrying about toning those babies.

The key to abs is low body fat.
Never trained them? Run and they will show.
A lot of lifts are stabilized by your abs, so don't worry about that.

What you can do, is do crunches, situps, leg raises, incline situps, they will all work the abs well.
