Lifting routine

whats up guys

im trying to find a solid routine to max my gains for the summer

im 36, 5 ft 10 in and been lifting for a good 10 yrs. 190lbs or so. i just started my 3rd cycle of the juice and id like to really max what i can get out of this.

anyone have any good routine info

diet is clean and good. i dont feel like posting it all out, about 4000 cals 40% protein %30 carbs and 30% fat.

diet > training > juice.

lets get the training in order.

Personally If I were you, go to http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html and look at the different workouts you can do for each muscle group. Then experiment and see what works best for you/etc.

P.S don't forget about sleep. Sleep is JUST as important as dieting and lifting for bodybuilding.
