Hey,

so I'm 18 about 6'1 and right now I weigh about 86 kg (190lbs). I've bulked for about 6-8 months now and gained quite a bit of weight (muscle as well as fat). Right now my maxes are the following:

Squat (5RM): 120 kg (265 lbs)
Bench (5RM): 85 kg (around 190lbs)
Deadlift (5RM): 150 kg (330 lbs)

Rows (5RM) are 75 kg, Pullups just bodyweight for sets of 8, dips 10kg for sets of 8.

So the thing is that I have some specific goals till the end of june 2014 (graduation for me):

Squat (5RM) at least 140 kg (315lbs)
Bench (5RM) at least 100 kg (225lbs)
Deadlift (5RM) at least 180 kg (405lbs)

I've been doing Madcow 5x5 for the last two months and have made some solid progress so I feel like I'm definitely on track to hit my goals.
I have however been thinking about cutting for 1-2 months because I did gain some fat (I'm not just whining because I lost my abs). Now I would also keep bulking and hit my goals first and then cut, or I could cut now and then gain and hit goals. What do you guys think would be better/more effective?

Thanks

You don't have to continue bulking. Cycle your calories and keep lifting heavy as fvck, should get you there strength-wise. You don't really want to go over 15% bodyfat and especially not 20%; use that as your guide whether to cut or not.

Agree with these two - Eat clean and train like an animal. I have kept my bodyfat at no more than 14% and bulked like a monster purely because I watch what I eat, if the bodyfat geta a little high, I train before breakfast - and that seems to keep it in check - plus training on zero calories and still hitting your lifts is just fvcking cool

Yes, eat clean, but DO NOT train before breakfast. Here's an article on this matter: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/the-myth-of-cardio-before-breakfast-debunked.html
