What is the general view of Levis jeans? I am 21 years old and I have worn Gap Jeans and American Eagle Jeans. I recently bought 4 Levi's jeans, 2 of them are the low rise bootcut 527, 1 501 preshrunk and another jean that i do not remmeber the number. All the 4 jeans cost me 40 or less each. I also bought a pair of J Crew bootcut jeans today and they look great.

My question is what is your opinion of people who wear Levi's especially for guys. For instance, all Levis have that red tag on the behind which shows you are wearing Levi's unless your shirt or sweater covers it up. I know Levis jeans is considered cheap by many and i felt like i wasted money buying these jeans and am thinking about selling them on Ebay. Note 2 of the levi jeans i bought i didnt even wear yet.

It's funny because i rememberred when i was younger say back in high school i always wore Old Navy jeans. My sister always laughed at it because of that Old Navy tag on the left side of the jeans. The funnier part was that the jeans were carpenter jeans and we all know carpenter jeans are the worrst jeans ever.

Would it be terrible if I wear some good button up shirt that cost me 100 dollars with a 350 dollar J Crew Blazer along with 250 dollars loafers and then wear Levis? This is the situation I am at now. I bought Levis because everyone say buy Levis and i thought Levis was a good brand. But so many people consider jeans like Lee jeans cheap.

Are Levi jeans considered cheap to most people? I like Banana Republic Jeans and J Crew and i know those jeans are considered medium priced.
Are Levi Jeans considered a real bad idea for jeans to wear to go out at night since the blazer, loafers and my stripe button up shirt i have all cost a good amount of money?

Get clothes that fit and look good first and foremost, the brand is an afterthought.

in my opinion, levi's are the best jeans ever.
for both men and women.
sure, $40 for jeans may be cheap to you... but where i come from, people are not made of money and you can't be paying for over priced jeans .
levi's can be dress up jeans or dress down jeans.
levi's jeans are known for their sturdiness and are wonderful work jeans.
levi's look great on most people.

i personally know someone who is 40 and still has a pair they wore in high school, not one snag in them... that is how sturdy they are.

i do not know anyone who would say they are cheap or compare them to lee jeans. eww

i would take levi's jeans to a deserted island ,,,,

levis are awesome they are OGs of jeans, good quality and fashionable. They sell them at the trendy fashion stores like urban outfitters or dept stores like Macys. I buy em at Macys for like 25-35 bucks and they look, fit, and feel great

I can't fully agree with that. Call it a personal stereotype or hang-up of mine, but when I see a dude wearing Wranglers, I think redneck. And "Lee" jeans look gay to me.

Its just one opinion, so don't get bent out of shape if one of you wears these.

The key is that clothing should fit and look good. Now have you seen anyone wearing Lee's or Wranglers which fit and looked good? Now those Sear's Toughskins with thick patches on the knees... Woooo-doggie!!!!!

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

Lee 101zs look good - James Dean wore them for fvcks sake!

I like a lot of the Levi's Capital E line, and of course the old LVCs and actual classic jeans. The 1947 501xx is a damn fine pair of dungarees.

Didn't that guy kill himself? What's a more AFC act than committing suicide?

Round' here :D , some like that redneck (cowboy) look. Probably some dudes here would take being called a cowboy a compliment. Not me though. Those jean brands matter and they carry stereotypes; like it or not.

But Levis? You just can't go wrong there. They're the benchmark jean.

No, he died in a car crash because he was driving too fast and reckless. What's more DJ than that? Euhrm.

Yeah... being a potential Darwin Award winner is not many rungs above the ladder from suicide, if at all.

I think the man makes the clothes more than the clothes make the man. Some people look good wearing nearly anything because they bought the right size and trim. And anyone that's going to judge you negatively because you are wearing $40 Levi's instead of $300 Dolce & Gabana jeans is an idiot.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
