So here's the deal.
In regards to my chest I recently (march-april of this past year) have started seeing big gains in my chest. I've been benching but i truly believe the gains have had a-lot to do with the amount of pushups i've been doing.
for a while my chest was lookin' NICE. my shirts were tight and i was puffed up mang. This was when i was doin pushups DAILY. I'm at the point now where i'm wondering if i need to cut back. I'm not seeing the gains i used to.
If i'm doing pushups daily will this effect my gains on the bench? Pushups have definitely jack my triceps, and i know that's helped my bench, but i'm having trouble adding more weight. My goal is to get to 10 reps at 225. Right now i'm stuck at 2-3ish reps at 185
Could this be due to my daily pushup routine?
