I live in Virginia, United States. I'm a high school senior and I just turned 18. Looking arorund, it sucks because it seems like 99% of my high school is illegal =\ I heard there is a 2 year window though, like if you're 18, you can go down to 16 and 19, down to 17. Does anyone know anything about this?

If it is a law, will anyone care if an 18 year old is with a 16 year old? Like it is a poorly enforced law, like looking with one eye at a panda in Washington state is illegal?

It's not enforced unless the girl calls the cops. Like if for any reason that yall break up, she can call the cops and say you raped her, and whether or not you did, you're screwed because you're over-age.

The two-year window I believe is only when you're under 18, I believe.

thats a horrible law.. what were they thinking when they said that 18 yr olds are too old for 16,17 year olds? =\ **** that im just gonna not have sex until college
