Leg injured ! need help !

OK as the title says my leg is injured , i can walk but i dont think i can do any leg training for a while . I was thinking if i should take a break from gym or still go and do exercises for the upper body ?

Also if i stop going to the gym ... should i cut down on what i eat or not ? I want to put on weight but if i dont exercise wont it be all fat? Im 5'10 at 155 pounds.

I would wait to see if you get fat first, but thats from a perspective of a hardgainer.

Just don't do any upperbody exersises that require you to stand. Do may not even wanna do abs/obliques depending on how badly its injured.
