Lunges also ? Calf raises (where you stand up onto tip toes and back down).

Single legged squats. Put one leg on a chair or table or something behind you and squat down with the leg in front. You can also do single arm cleans and snatches, which will develop your entire body.

Single leg squats as described above are superb.

Step-ups on a bench - alternate or one leg at a time.

Also, DB deadlifts (if they are heavy enough), For hams, Stiff Leg DB Deadlifts and Waiter's Bow, holding a plate across your chest and bending forward by pushing your ass back (make sure you know who is standing behind you).
