A couple times (not often) when I go to the gym I'll get tired during my last or second to last excercise. I just have no motivation, my muscles are dead, that kinda thing. Normally I've just left when that happens, but should I keep pushing myself even if I have to use half the weight I normally do?

I personally, would evaluate your routine. Maybe you have too many exercises/sets/reps in there?

Might not be eating enough, too.

That is another possibility.

Heres a thought.

Eat more. Sleep more. Cut one full exercise out of your routine. Drink more water.

My advice may be different from others but I'd say stay and don't give up what you originally set out to do for the day.

I've found when I get about 3/4 through my workout and start saying, "Eh ****it, I did good enough." It's a sign of laziness. It's all in your head. If you want to get really big you have to put in the work, and for a DJ that means pushing through when your internal thoughts are telling you you're too tired. Find a way to break out of those feelings of comfort and keep at it like a man on a mission.

I've never regretted staying in when I felt like quitting.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Try doing the exercise(s) you do every second day, giving your muscles a chance to recover.

The tips of more sleep, diet modifications, and lower intensity are great. But your muscles might just need more recovery time than other people.
