All you need to know is that its HOW you leave a message that matters.

Don't block caller ID unless you're calling from a phone you don't want her to call you back on.

If she doesn't answer, just keep it short and basic. ("Hi, it's Jules from Saturday night, call me back at ######## when you get a chance). If you have an idea for a get-together, or when she should or shouldn't call back, you can add that. Anything that reeks of trying to impress someone is bad.

Yeah, just leave a short message. If her interest level is high, she will definitely call you back.

Leave a message with a hook about something you talked about on Friday to leave in her in suspense and wanting to know the answer.

On how often to call. It's up to you. Some call every day for month if you can believe it. If it's a HB8 or 9 she probably has lots of plates, perhaps an FB or an ex and is probably busy so you're going to have put in an effort to pull her aside from her distractions. It's up to you.
