Hi everyone,
I had this great idea of an easy diet for bulking.
Basically it consists of "filling in the gaps" with plain potatoes and whey powder.
ie
#1 - Normal food following DIESEL's ratio (multi vitamins, tribulus?)
#2 - Equivilent amount of of whey and plain potatoe to equal DIESEL's ratio (supplemented with flax oil)
#3 - Normal food following DIESEL's ratio
#4 - Equivilent amount of of whey and plain potatoe to equal DIESEL's ratio
#5 - Normal food following DIESEL's ratio
#6 - Equivilent amount of of whey and plain potatoe to equal DIESEL's ratio (supplemented with flax oil)
If im extra lazy, i'll just substitue Normal food with the potatoe and whey.
If im extra extra lazy, i'll just eat potatoe and whey.
Also include creatine and L-glutamine before and after training.
What do you guys think?
